About Me
With a rich background in mental health, I cater to both children and adults, employing a multifaceted approach to treatment. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, drawing also from systems theory to offer comprehensive care. Additionally, I have received EMDR training from The Institute For Creative Mindfulness, which equips me with advanced techniques to address trauma and related issues.
Like many of my clients, I have personal experiences with depression, anxiety, infidelity, and divorce. These experiences allow me to relate to the population I serve. I understand that it's hard to feel better, but with a little help and a lot of work, we can do this thing called LIFE.
